Totally miss the long week end we had last week... Shopping all day long. I reckon 4day work week wud be ideal ya? haha

Sun we went shopping at vivo's GAP, my gf can actually fit in the kids' shirt. So she got a new shirt only at 30bucks! Think we got addicted to buying clothes at Kids department, cos last week i got a top at GAP kids too. haaa... it totally fit!



Cos we got so sick of vivo's food, so we took a cab down to bugis juz to have ma masion...

We had a gathering at majectic bar somewhere begining of may.

Evon was so sweet to get me and charmaine a luggage tag frm Seoul. It even has my name n tinklebell on it! It's lk an exchanging present session... i got Charmine Gobi's choc and evon's bday present too!

Modesto pizza was average, i prefer the one at Pepperoni.
Chatterbox seems to be one of our fav dining place esp when we shop till so late dat most of the restaurants r closed.

Haa izzit only me? i feel tat their nasi lemak taste better den their chicken rice. Oh ya dun ever try their prawn mee.... it tasted extremely normal.

I was having this conversation with my 2 guy colleagues tis afternoon before we call it a day at work. I tod it was pretty interesting and wanted to share it here wif whoevers that read tis blog (even thou i noe there isn't anyone reading.) Anyway it all started after i came bk to ofc after a smk brk wif Bro K.

H: Wah sibeh sian...
Me: Y? its just abt time to knock off man. N its long weekend!
H: Coz going shopping ltr.
Me: Thats fun! buying new clothes... i like shopping.
H: But its my gf who wans to shop.
Me: I noe wat you mean...

So in the end we concluded that all the gers are the same when it comes to shopping.

Senario 1 by H

GF said she just wana get a top. So H will be more than happy to go shopping wif her. I mean how long can it take to just buy ONE top rite? GF found a top that she likes on the 1st lvl of the shopping mall they went. GF likes the top but doesn't wana buy, coz wana see more 1st. Combing thru the whole mall from lvl 1 to 4, entering almost every single shop that sells gers top. GF decided to buy the 1st top she likes at lvl 1. But GF doesn't wana go straight bk to the shop. Tinking that she mite missed out someting just now, she decided to comb the whole mall once again from lvl 4 to 1. Finally bought the 1st top tt she sees.

GF holding 2 tops in her hand asking BF which is nicer. BF picks the red one. GF tinks that the purple one looks more glam. BF says to buy the purple one den. GF tinks the red one is cute. BF says get the red one den. GF says both are nice, duno which one to buy. BF says buy both. GF says its dumb to hv 2 tops of the same design.

GF likes a top at MNG. GF ask me if its nice. I agreed. Unfortunately, der isn't a new piece for her size. GF wans to go to the other branch to chk. This time round theres a small hole on the new piece. GF gives up n said its ok, dun wana buy anymore. Few days ltr, GF is still hunting for the same dress. Practically combing thru the whole sg's MNG, just to find that top. finally she gets it. Mind you... tis hunting can go on for weeks sometimes.

GF picks these 2 dresses. asking me which is nice. I point at the right one. She gives you THAT look and said "Nice meh? i tink the left one like nicer." Maybe our opinions are just not needed at all.

GF says she need a new wardrobe. Coz there's no more space to hang her clothes. The next moment GF will say " Tink i need more clothes. I got no more clothes to wear."

GF was oredi dressed up when he wakes up to go to work. Feeling v relieve after seeing GF totally prepared so early. 15 mins ltr when he stepped out of the bathroom, he sees gf in another set of clothes, so he asked "How come you change again?" GF reply "coz i tink the previous clothes dun suit me tdy." Seeing that its going to be late, BF says "ok loh den lets go off oredi." GF still staring at the clothes in the wardrobe and said "But i tink wat i wear now isn't nice." BF assured GF that its very nice. GF not convince, thus change her clothes again. As the time is running late, the BF has to go pick the car up 1st n wait for GF right outside the lobby lift.

Senario 8 by Me

GF sms "There's a sale at WAREHOUSE! Lets go ok?" Que up just to go in to the super duper packed boutique. And after much squeezing wif the crazy gers in there, GF decided not to buy anything. "Let's go to the one at Vivo, they got lesser ppl der." -_-

The 3 of us agreed that all our GFs have got at least a few of these problems that are listed above when it comes to shopping. So we concluded what the gers really wan is US to tell them that the clothes they like is the one that you tink its nice too. Do NOT go against their idea if not the shopping hrs will PROLONG! So you have to 1st know your GF well enuff b4 you can noe which is the clothes that she oredi has in mind. And in order to do that, you just have to pay more attention to them. So ultimately the GUYS are noble. We do so much just to please the gers when they shop, while torturing ourselves. And what can i say, coz I love my ger...

H says that he prefer to go shopping wif his GF at Vivo rather than Orchard. Coz they've got all the brands the gers wana buy there. So ders no need to walk under the hot sun from wisma to ck tang to taka to paragon n so on. Ok i have to agree on that. Darling, lets go Vivo next time if you really wana shop...

Anyways Lucas had his baby shower at Cicada on Sunday. It was quite a nice place. Haven got time to do up the pictures. Will post them up soon when i find the time. Btw we caught What happens in Vegas just nw, n its awesome! Do catch it!

A long break for my breaking bones

This has been a rather fruitful week. And i guess i've been able to wake up every day before the clock strikes 12pm. Met up wif D and K for coffee around my house this afternoon. We went to this Dog Boutique without bringing any pets along, and at that point of time, we were the only customers in the cafe. Well, who would be that free on a thursday afternoon. It feels really good to sit around on a weekday afternoon, noeing the fact that everybody else are slogging their lifes in the office.

I guess i would hv gain some kg during this one week break. Ive been buying lotsa snacks from the supermarket. Bought alot of biscuits from Marks and Spencer on monday when i was out wif my sis in law on monday and we shopped our life at the Marketplace after that. And yesterday me and my gf went to Carrefour for another SUPA rendevous! I love pushing the trolley all around, and filling it up wif lotsa junk.

Was out with Mum on Tuesday to get the present for Baby Lucas's 1st month. We will be holding his baby shower at The Cicada this coming Sunday. My brother has booked the entire place on this special day for his 1st son. How lucky can this boy get! Luckily my brother and i share the same idea that its not a good idea to hold it at HOME! thats like so yesterday! Oh yah, was toking abt getting Lucas present. So i got him a gold bangle from Poh Heng, since they are the only place that sells the disney series. Mum got him a gold necklace and a rat pendant. Though it cost me quite a bomb, but i guess it all worth. I mean he's my 1st nephew and most probably i wun b able to hv any kids myself?! (coz my gf kinda hate it when the kids grow up) So i gotta treat him like my own rite?



Gotta wake up early tmr for my Mac Gridders Breakfast! Haha! My sis in law has been having craving to eat that since the day before she give birth to Lucas. So she has tahan for a month and finally she is able to eat it! We gonna have our hair wash after brkfast tmr at those old school hair salon. Only such salon will be able to give great massage for our head. Sis in law hasn't wash her hair for a month due to confinement and she has been really obedient! haha!

Thiking of where to eat out is a real headache. So THIS has become my best fren. Am thinking of where to eat for tmr dinner. See, im not that kinda last minute person. I like everything to be well plan beforehand, especially DINNER. Feeding me wif the wrong food during dinner will spoil my day for the entire nite. Guess thats why we are not so advanturous in trying out new food at new places. My gf wans to have nice Macha tmr... I wonder where i can find it together wif nice food... Erm how about Ma Maison (The Central) baby? The hunt continues....

Singapore Flyer

im on one week leave this week. It feels so good to be able to blog and suft the net on a monday afternoon. Taking my own sweet time to do the things that i want. I went to collect my shirt from my tailor tis morning and accompany my sis in law to Robinson to buy stuffs for the baby. Raffles City seems so empty. No rushing crowds, no long taxi ques. And even shopping at Marketplace seems to be such an enjoyable thing. Toking abt collecting my shirt, i think Daniel nv dissapoint me. I came out wif a design for him to make me a casual short sleeve and a pair of white berms. Will post up the pic when i collect it in 2 weeks time.

We went to the Singapore Flyer with the rest few weeks ago. Thanks to Darr's sis, we got the tix cheaper. And we had a cabin to the 7 of us. Which is rather cool. Well, it ended all in a blink of an eye. Snapping lotsa shots of one another. My gf starts taking lotsa pic even b4 we reach there... Ders alot more pics tt i did not post up in order not to slow down the loading time. These are jus some of it b4 we got into the ride!

Arrival of the little prince

There's no time to blog or even sleep, ever since the notti little one enter to this world. It was quite a easy birth according to my sister in law. N it seems like he's kinda easy to take care of to... But recently he's temper has been changing and waking up many times at nite! And he's been crying none stop that we got worried. And at times, we feel lik pulling off our hair! His cries has been getting louder n louder each day.

This cute little nephew of mine is one adorable baby. There are times where he will smile (even thou we noe tt he dun mean to smile), showing off the 2 little dimple on the 2 sides of his mouth. He's got double eyelid on one of the eye. He really melts my heart n mks me wana wake up early every morning just to play wif him. Everybody treats him lik a little prince and love hugging him around the house. He brings joy and laughter to everybody in the family. He must be a gift from God to strengten the bond of our family.

And we got discounted tix from Darr to watch Wu Bai concert! Thou we r not big fan of this emperor of rock. But we certainly had a great time jumping and getting high during the concert. After tt we went to hunt for a plc where we can sit dwn n hv a drink till late. Thus we ended up at TCC, Clarke Quay.

Today i juz got a mail frm SPH, my dearest darling subscribed a year of Her World mag for me! Yippy! and also together in the pic is Sophie Kinsella's shopaholic abroad. My gf noes i've nearly the whole shopholic series but the this book. She's just so sweet to me!





Since we do not have a chance to dine at top of the m, and chatterbox has moved up to the 38th floor due to renovation. We took this opportunity to try the famous chicken rice.. We tot if the chicken rice aint dat fantastic, as least we gotta enjoy the view. Indeed the chicken rice was.. hmm average.. surprisingly i find the nasi goreng rather delicious!

I love the dessert at Canele, so i brought Evon along to share my lil "joy" hahaa. I reckon i was in a super good mood dat day.. i treated Evon dessert and bought macarons for my gf! hahaa i am usually quite stingy. But anything for my girlies and my darling!

The month that is full of Events

So its coming to an end of March and here comes the long awaiting April. I noe there're alot of you out there who hated this coming April. Coz its a month without any PH, and there's like 22 working days! Oh yes, and you must be wondering why the hell am i waiting for sucha long month to come. And if you have guess correctly... Yes... My little newphew will be out in another 2 weeks more! Little Lucas is currently weighing at 3.2kg even thou he's stil in the mummy's womb. I can feel him kicking my sis in law when i put my hand on her tummy. tts like how cute! And i just got a call from Yve, telling me that L has delivered last nite 7pm! So Princess Rainie is born. I can't wait for Lucas to come out man!

Anyways some weeks ago, while walking pass wisma isetan, i came across this pair of shoes from Armani Jeans and i tod it looks good. On top of that, its on sale, so i bought it.



Laz week, we had our late nite supper at Makan Sutra @ Esplanade. Its so good to indulge in hawker food at times. Carrot cake, hokkien mee, chicken wing, sting ray... oh my gosh... its all so yummy! We had a drink at Harry's after that.



We are always planning and thinking of activites to spice up our weekend. So we gonna start planning for our tis coming weekends. Darling do u hv anyting in mind??

Our Valentine's Day

We did not plan to celebrate it, so that we dun have to squeeze in the restaurants wif other hundreds of couples and pay dbl the price of wat we can eat on a normal day. We tod we could just have a simple japanese dinner downstairs my office. And who noes its FULLY BOOKED! Damn. We did not even make any reservations anywhere. So we ended up at tony roma's. As usual they do not allow us to have any ala carte orders. So we gotta stick to the stupid vdae menu. Which apparently wasn't that fantastic and obviously it doesn't just cost like a normal meal...

I got a bouquet of roses delivered to her house again tis year. tis time was a success! Guess only wif the help of her sister, den i can really surprise her when i got ppl to deliver flowers to her. Thanks Edy! She even went the extra miles to help me surprise my gf. hahaha!







4th Year 7th Mth

We did not plan to celebrate or mit up on that day, coz it was a Sunday. And Sunday is alwaz our own family day. However my parents were not in town den. And her mother wasn't cooking that nite coz her sister was going out for dinner too. Therefore we met up for dinner. Before heading down to Marina Square, i drove her sis to Central to mit her fren. We had a simple dinner at Waraku. And tis time round she offered to treat me. Hahahaha! Gosh which is really rare. So i better not stop her from doing so. She's so generous and even ordered a plate of Sashimi on top of wat we alwaz order. After dinner we do not noe where to head to. So she decide that we should go pick her sis up. I tink im really a nice gf... Don't you reckon so baby?





Mummy's Bdae

It was my mummy's bdae on Fri. So we had dinner together as a family at Tung Lok Signatures at Vivo. We got a Gucci wallet for her even though she insisted that she doesn't need such an expensive wallet. We do think that she deserve one coz she has been giving alot for this family all these years. Thats the first time we have dinner there together and Daddy will foot the bill! haha! I must say the food there is nice but the price is pretty steep. Especially for those "Special dishes" that they recommended. A pot of Fish soup cost a freaking $90! Hello its just fish soup! They ain't Sharks fin! Presentation of the food is pretty but the service of the staff are not up to standard. We were stil having our desserts and they just serve the cake that we bought w/o our acknowledgement. Damn! We didn't even giv them instructions to do so!






agnes b preview

It was quite a shitty morning yesterday for me. K came to pick me up to work as he stayed over his gf's place the previous nite. So we head down to the hawker nearby to tabao lunch for the rest of our colleagues. And just when we decided to buy Nasi Lemak for everybody, his fone rang. J rang him up telling him that the workstations in the office were not working. So apparently there was a power shut down we nobody was inform. We head back to office to see if the problem can b rectify. And in the end everybody were ask to go back! Shit! and i wasted so many hours of slp for nothing loh. Thanks! And since i'll only b miting my baby much later, we went dwn to the dog boutique near his gf's house. Saw this big GR, Max, n he is super duper cute! Looking at the dogs there mk me wana hv one for myself too!

Picked darling up from her house and we head to Taka agnes b for the preview. Oh Gosh, the models are WOOPER gorgeous! And its so hard not to take a second look at the. But i mus say that the spring summer collection wasn't that nice afterall. Even the men's collection that was featured in the catalog given to us are a little weird. After the show we went to take a look at Hermes at Liat Towers. On the way, we saw this group of malay percussion band. We can't help but to stop and watch how entertaining they were and even took pictures of them. And before we leave darling insist to contribute a bit to their funds! We caught August Rush. Kinda touching and amazing. Do not tink if everything that happened were logical. Just watch and enjoy the very beautiful music. My gf almost cried while watching n i guess thats becoz she's so much into music.

My gf decided to have a new look yest. I reckon she looks great in specs. heee.. Yup we finally caught leap year. It was quite a touching film. But it makes me nv wanna hold anything impt like wedding or any celebration on the Feb 29. The wait is too long to endure.. haha imagine others can celebrate their anniversary every yr but i can only celebrate once every 4yr. Dat means i'll recieve lesser present!!! :(

Fri was Feb the 29... e leap year. Wanted to catch the leap year movie. But all the tickets were gone. I reckon everyone wanted to catch that movie on leap year too. My gf knock off early so she went her a hair cut and got me a surprise leap yr present!

She noes i wanted to get this agnes b keychain so badly but i was broke. Aww it's so sweet of u darling.. I am so touched by ur gesture....After nearly 5yr tog u still make an effort to surprise me.. Now i am goin to hang it on my bag yeah!
Last sat we met darren and evon. Had dinner at the oasis before it officially close.
Darren had a surprise for evon. She booked a room at marina mandarin to celebrate their anniversay and vday. They invited us to their room to watch the chingay live. The view frm their room was awesome! We can even see the F1 racer zooming pass..

I was very sick last week and my sweet gf got me a little fren to keep me company. Aww no wonder i get well so fast. Sometimes i juz love being sick. So my gf will dote on me more!

Gong Xi Fa Cai!!!

On the Eve of CNY eve, we had an award presentation from the bank to reward the hard work that we have been putting in for the pass year and also to recognize the people who outstand among everybody. Ahem.. And i was presented with one of the Silver award! I skipped the buffet session to mit my dearest for our Love Reunion Dinner. She's so cute! She said we must hv our reunion dinner together. Alrite, so we had this special dinner having Lobster Teppanyaki! I had the pork for my mains and she had her Cods as usual. Well i would say its kinda average, but the price is definately worth it, coz the Lobster were fresh from the tank and it comes wif 6 course.



Once again, its the time of the year where i can earn extra income by just showing my face! I have this love-hate feelings for CNY. I love it coz my face can simply help me to earn some extra bucks to buy me a few sets of nice clothings. I hate it coz i have to hear the same old tings again from those aunties and uncles. "When are you gonna get married?" Geesh! Sometimes i realli feel lik answering bk. "I would love to, but i can't do it in Singapore. When i have the money i will fly to San Francisco to hold my wedding. And you will be invited!" And some will ask, "When are you goin to bring your partner to show us?" Ok, so do u REALLY wan me to bring along my gf who has been wif me for coming 5 yrs?!

Ok but nevertheless, i still love CNY for tis reason and i guess all those questioning are worth it! :






We din do much tis year for New Year. As usual on the first day of CNY, i went visiting wif my family early in the morning. Got home in the afternoon, slpt for half a day. Woke up to have steamboat at home. Den its mahjong time! This year the battle was between my parents, myself and my sis-in-law. I lose $1 for the whole game. so it wasn't that bad afterall. I guess my little newphew doesn't like the idea of his mother gambling. So my sis-in-law lose quite abit. haha! And of coz the ultimate winner were my parents! My gf mus be bored without me keeping her company. And tts why i tink she hates CNY. Coz she doesn't go visiting and theres nowhere for her to go, as the shops will be close.

Thus on the 2nd day, after the guest had left my house, i met up wif my dearest darling before going over to Darren's house. Was suppose to have steamboat at Darren's place, but we got hungry while waiting for the time to pass, so we had our dinner at MOF at Bugis Junction. Unfortunately after we fin our dinner, my parents are still outside, so we decided to just tk a cab to Darren's house instead of hanging around doing nothing. So we had a mini lou hei session there and it was gambling time. Didn't took much pics, coz we were all engross in gambling. While the 2 gers had their fav gossiping session in the room instead.




On the 3rd day, i went over to B's house for a Primary school CNY gathering. Oh well, its amazing that im still keeping ctc wif my old sch frens. And the frenship is still ongoing till now. Thou we mite not mit up as often as wat we used to when we were younger, but we noe that deep down inside, we still stand a special place in one another's heart. And it was a full attendance for the gathering yesterday. L,B,P,Y,S,Q and me! Forgot to bring along my cam, so no pics... Had a mini gambling session and from there i recoup bk wat i lost at Darren's house the nite before. Heh heh!

After that i took a cab home to put back the mandarin oranges. And since my parents were home, i drove out to mit my darling for our nite rendevous!



We caught CJ7 at The Cathay. And my gf is so in love wif tis green little alien. So i went to dl tis CJ7, noepet lookalike thingey for her to play! Its really adorable!

I got these cards few days before my birthday i duno it was meant my bday or watever, it only says happy returns of the day. So i assume it was for my bday den. hahaa Ok dats not the point.. wat i wanna show u guys is the card! Sketches of Chanel.. so pretty ya?

Then a week later, i received the 2008 Spring summer pre collection catalogue! I am sure u girls got urs too..

Aww everything in the catalogue seem so pretty... thank god they include the price list too . So i can start saving now! I took pic of some of the collection that i love to get.. The sandals are such a darling.... and the 2.55 as well.
So sat i was a good ger.. accompanied my gf to club21 gallery to search for her dior homme clothes. Hoping in ret she will go chanel w me later. heee~

Look! This is the Cartier Pink Diamond worn by Tang Wei in the movie Lust caution. The 6.1 carat ring comprises of two circles of diamonds that hug a large pink diamond in the centre. It was estimated to be worth at least 5million. And it's not for sale.. Too bad for the tai tais got $ also no use cant get the ring.. Hee.. Take a closer look at the ring again... i wonder which ger on earth will resist the this ring? Those who r interested can catch a glimpse of the ring here in spore till cny. I am goin to take a good look at it this week end!

To comfort myself i got a Chanel bling bling! Haa though it doesnt look a single bit lk cartier's but it has pink crystal/stone watever on it. At least it has something pink rite? see the resemblance? ok maybe no resemblance but i still love my ring to bits!

I reckon 1day i will receive my erm at least 1carat diamond ring rite rite darling? *BEAM*

Hey everybody! It has been a long time since i last blog. Was really very bz cos we gotta prepare for xmas and my bday rite after our taiwan trip!

We have been bz shopping lately too.. haha i seem to have a never ending shopping list. Yest we were in town again.. haha u noe wat? I bought so many things w/o paying! Isnt shopping cool dat u dun even need to spend a single cent? hahahaa I love vouchers!

Two weeks ago we went on shopping spree again.. My gf bought a fuck shirt and i got a dress which cost $229. hahaa Oh of cos with the help of voucher.. i only paid $100 for the dress.

So to enjoy shopping spree every week wat u need to do is...

1st: quickly go redeem your credit cards points for vouchers

2nd: alwiz rem not to forget to bring the supp card frm your dearest daddy

My Birthday

Had dinner at my secret garden on my bday. We had Cilantro Chicken, Cod fish andEscargot. One of the waiter there was so attentive, i duno how knew it was my my bday. He juz served our brownie ice cream wif a candle. The food was awesome, and of cos the service as well. Thanz baby for putting so much effort in planning for my perfect bday celebration.

The day b4 my special day, we check in to the meritius hotel. Dat sweet notti gf of mine locked me in the room toilet to decorate this ......and surprise me w a bouquet of flowers!

Dinner at kenny rogers cos my gf has been craving for their cheese macaroni. haa the pic tells it all...

Back to our room for the countdown for my bday! My baby got me my fav strawberry shortcake frm canele.

Lastly, my surprise present. A Tinkerbell necklace frm swaovski! My baby noes i love tinkerbell and got me a 2nd bday present.. Even my bday card has a pic of a fairy. Awww... thanz darling. I am so touched and i love those surpises dat u had given me.

Pre birthday celebration

I had a pre birthday celebration wif Evon and Darren last sat. Had our dinner at ding tai feng and headed to Kbox.

Evon presented me with my present! and it really moved me to tears ( nearly) haaa... But it was wraped up in a million paper bags. I opened one paper bag after another.

Finally to see a Chanel paper bag *beam* She got me a pair of pearl Chanel earring dat i alwiz wanted! Thanz so much gal! It is indeed the most expensive gift i ever received frm a fren. It really made my day.
Evon & Darren thanz so much for coming down to celebrate my bday despite u guys had a bad day earlier. I am glad u guys found ur dog. :)

Post Xmas dinner

We were supposed to have a xmas dinner on the xmas day itself but we got too tired after a nite of celebration at the Conrad hotel. So we had a post Xmas dinner at sushi tei. I got a surpise present frm my darling again! She said cos it was fri so i will have a friday present. Dun every gal love surprises? Love my baby to bits..

It's Christmas!

Our Xmas eve was spent at conrad hotel... 1 of my fav hotel as they have the most comfy bed ever! hahaa This time we had a better room with a huge plasma TV.

Darren & Evon had a room right beside us. In order to avoid the crowds and long waiting queue. We decided to eat in. Though we had a turkey this xmas but it stinks lk fart. hahaaha! so we had to discard the whole turkey. Wat a disappointment... Nonetheless we still had a great xmas dinner w/o dat stinko turkey. Ha!
