Happy new year to everyone! Well i have to type as fast as i can.. haa cos my sis only gives me 15mins to blog. Hmm i wont say 2004 was a great yr for everyone.There were the collasped of nicoll highway and the tsunami disaster. And i am glad it's over.. Welcome 2005!!! hmm talking about the tsunami disaster eh i prefer to call it the killer wave...it has touched the world like the way Sept 11 did. It has touched me greatly too. I will never have a chance to visit maldives and phi phi island. The saddest thing is many pple had died. Like wat Sumiko Tan has written on the papers... i agree that the best way to contribute is by donating money instead of old clothes and blankets. She also added that how often do we remember those tragedy that strikes us..... how many of us vowed to love a more exemplary life after Sept 11 and the Sars outbreak? Tragedy makes us cherish life more.. and makes us grateful for wat we have now.. but those life lesson tend to be easily forgotten.
I always like to read Sumiko Tan's article.. she always write stuff that we can relate to. Like previously she wrote about how human are heavyly dependent on our cellphone. I totally agree with her.. haaa we do feel lost without our hp. In fact we feel handicap without it! Dun u reckon so?
Well i guess i should stop writing about the killer waves.... back to the happy tots...

Friday 31st Dec 2004 New Year Eve

Met darling at ard 2pm at my hse downstairs.. was so happy dat she can knock off early. *yeah* We actually took a cab to taka cos it was raining.. haaa went to civic plaza to get the personalised car plate or rather fun plate for Kel. Darling got Kel a white plate wif black wording and a car logo on it! Soo cute! And she got me a all black plate wif my name and our anniversary date on it! I got darling the same plate too... with her name and our anniversary date. It looks so damn cool! I love it so much! Thanz darling. While waiting for the name plates to be done we went to paragon to have a late lunch at the chinese restaurant.... the food was great. I like the xiao long bao there! haaa i muz say the food is quite expensive there. Well Kel and Esther were already in town...Like wat darling has said... it's kinda uncommon to see Kel in the day time.. haaaaa Went NYDC wif them...but we din eat anything.. but they had dessert!! *YumYmm* As usual Kel drove us around spore.... cos no1 can decide wat to eat! In the end... we end up old airport road hawker. Darling and i had porridge and tang yuan again. haa.. Were supposed go clubbing... but duno y Kel brought us to the 1929 hotel. It was awesome! they got really nice furniture and deco. Kel wanted to get a room there but the hotel was fully book.. nvm we took lotsa nice pic at the lobby before we left. Guess wat they actually got a room opp hotel 1929... a hotel wif a funny name called the Royal Peacock hotel. Though it is juz opp hotel 1929.. but it is hmm... not really the same ya? haaa u noe wat i mean. To add to my dismay we got a room wif a spoilt air con... Nonetheless we still had fun! After counting down together we had our changed. They gave us two room wif the rate of 1 rm! yeah...! not too bad afterall. Kel and Esther drank too much.. they went to sleep earlier. Well me and darling still had fun in our room. But my poor little boy was sick *hugz* i tried to make her feel better by making hot tea for her. She did feel better but the noise pollution kept her awake all nite! Darling heard a woman moaning non stop through out the nite.... and the car passing by was too noisy for us to sleep. Conclusion... it is not a gd idea to get a room facing the road esp your room in only at the 2nd floor. haaaaaaaaa... we woke up at ard 8 plus... cuddle tog to watch cartoon! it was showing powerpuff gers! eh and this cartoon in jap which i totally dun understand. Hee

So sad Yve was not ard... if not it'll be more fun! sweetz come back soon ya?

Sat 1st Jan 2005 New Year Day!

We left the hotel early cos darling need to go to her grandmother hse in the noon. Poor darling only slept for 1hr before she met me. I was wearing my new nike shoe!!!! erm i still cant believe dat i bought a purple nike shoe. But still i like my shoe alot cos darling got the same design! haaa i love to have same shoeshoe wif her. We went PS to meet Kel cos they wanna watch movie. While waiting for Kel and Esther to come we took neo cards! Wow new design and i reckon we look great in it. *nicenice* The cinema at Ps only left with 1st few rows were left... so Kel drove us to Shaw at bugis. Indeed there got better seating! haaa we got the couple seat...So rush.. no time to eat dinner... therefore we had to da bao burger king in to eat. Meet the fockers was indeed a great movie! it was definitely hilarious! We laff non stop! I alwiz like Ben stiller's movie... he and Dustin Hoffman made a "great pair" haaaaaaaaa Well the nx movie we gonna watch is Seed of Chucky! Hope it wun disappoint me.. i am expecting a really scary movie. Oh ya i finally had Ah chew dessert after movie! Not bad though most of the dessert were sold out. Had steamed eggy and grass jelly! It was abt 12 plus after we had our dessert... the nite is still young! haaaaaa Kel brought us to Mustafa to shop. New year shopping at Mustafa.... hmmm not bad huh? haa darling bought her hair clay there.. i reckon it is cheaper... She is juz so cute! *pinch* Well last of all happy new yr to all!!!
